Mountain View Mens Golf Association started in 1968 with 24 members. It has
grown to over 200 members in 2011. The club sponsors about 20 weekend golf
tournaments each year at Mountain Golf Course, 8660 S. 2400 W., West Jordan,
Utah 84084. The Tournament Schedule features both one day and two day events.
The majority of the tournaments are for members only, but some are

Depending on the number of participants, each tournament will have
between two and four flights, and prizes are awarded for best gross and
best net in each flight, as well as closest to the pin on all par three holes.

| Members who sign up for a tournament and don’t show up without providing 24 hrs notice will be liable for the entry fees, and must have them paid before they will be eligible to play in another tournament. a. Penalty will be $15 regardless of whether it’s a one or two day tournament b. The pro shop will cover the entry fee penalty and will include it in the days total payout. c. Penalties can be waived for legitimate no-shows due to family or work emergencies. Decision will rendered by the board of directors |
